Which materials are available for the channel body and gratings?
The channel body is manufactured from PP/HDPE. Grating options include PP/HDPE, stainless steel, galvanized steel, ductile/cast iron and slot-type stainless steel covers. Different combinations can be supplied according to application and load requirements.
Can the drainage channel be customized?
Yes. OEM/ODM customization is available for channel dimensions, grate material, load class, outlet position, connection diameter, end caps, corner connections, packaging and private labeling.
How are the channels connected and installed?
The modular channel sections are designed for fast connection on site. Depending on the model, straight connections, side outlets, end caps, corner joints and vertical or horizontal pipe connections are available. Sections can also be cut and rejoined where required.
Are the products suitable for outdoor and corrosive environments?
Yes. PP/HDPE channel bodies provide excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for outdoor drainage applications. Stainless steel, galvanized steel and cast/ductile iron grate options can be selected according to environmental conditions, traffic requirements and project specifications.
What are your MOQ, lead time and shipping options?
MOQ depends on the channel size, grate type and customization requirements. Standard models can normally be supplied with relatively low MOQs, while OEM products may require larger quantities.
